Is America in danger, from Eisenhower's racial laws based on Brown v Bd of Ed (sup ct 1954) ?

The city (NYC) has been denuded of the "majority." And has been inundated with the "minority." Yet, legally the media are restrained from informing the public. Is this democracy? Or has a new form of govt been formed. That resembles Tyranny more than anything else.
