Yet another "what should I get my boyfriend" questions...?

He's 18, I'm 19, it's our first Valentines but we're already very serious (don't be cynical, sometimes it happens), so I wanted to get him something special. The trick is I'm on a tight budget (under $30) since we're both in college. We each live at home, since we can't afford to move out and our college doesn't have on-campus housing. I'm notorious for being bad at gift-giving, and I don't want to give him a video game (the addiction is bad enough). What are some cheap but meaningful thing I could get him?
