Do u agree that Malaysian Chinese's Mandarin is deeper and more profound than Chinese Singaporeans?

Chinese people from both Malaysia and Singapore can certainly speak good Mandarin at conversational level. But for deeper and more profound level such as idioms etc I think Malaysian Chinese are better partly because of being educated in Chinese. According to my experience, the Malaysian Chinese I met spoke Mandarin as if she were from Taiwan or China. But for Chinese Singaporeans, of course they can speak good Chinese AT CONVERSATIONAL LEVEL, but the feeling of being like a Taiwanese or Mainlander doesn't come out. Do you agree with me?
