How do you ollie on a tech deck?

Ok so ive had my tech deck for about 2 days and I can only ollie like on top of 5 cd's. Now im pretty mad because i can't ollie and i want to know if im doing good for a 2 day beginner or if im doing bad and if there are any tips that anyone could give me on how to ollie. PLZ HELP!
