I can't really answer your question but I can comment on the YouTube video you link to. It's clever and visually appealing, but dated. Since former Prime Minister Laisenia Qarase appears in the film, it must have been made before December 5, 2006, because that's the day Qarase was deposed in Fiji's fourth coup. Qarase is now living in exile on a remote outer island. Fiji definitely is peaceful at the moment, but the model has little relevance to the U.S. where there hasn't been a military coup since 1776. And there's still poverty in Fiji, unfortunately.
