Xbox 360 pro should i buy?

i wanna buy a xbox 360 pro and i saw one with 2 controllers 4 games (halo 3 ,,, fable 2,,, lego indiana jones,,, and kung foo panda ) and headset and 60gb and all that for 400$ is that a good deal?
