Could it be implantation bleeding??!! =))?

I am 7 DPO now. I have been cramping off and on for several days now. My hurt kinda (not as bad as I've heard other womens do!) but have had occasional shooting pains just every now and then couple of times a day for the past day or so. Lately i've been soooooo tired. I slept 8 hrs last night woke up got my son off to school and went back to bed and slept form 8:30 am until noon this morning. My stomache is cramping and for some reaosn when I bend oover it seems to hurt a little more than when i'm upright. My throat is hurting and my sinus's seem blocked. Hubby and I bd'ed on my ovulation day (last Friday) After i got up this afternoon, I wiped and has a faint little pink strip (TMI I know!) on the tissue. Could it be implantation? If so should I be able to test this weekend?
