Do I need a license for this handgun?

If you use a regular firearm with blank ammo then you would have to follow the laws pertaining to gun ownership in your state, but if you purchase a starter pistol that will only fire blanks then you do not need one, laws regulating firearms are always state sensitive so you need to list your state when asking state sensitive questions.~
