What is the clearest water beach/bay/lake near NYC? Oyster Bay in LI?

Looking for someplace to shoot a quick video involving a person swimming in the water. Can you recommend where to go that we can have the clearest water for the purposes of the video? I think Oyster Bay is pretty clear, but what suggestions do you have?
