Why do women get everything after the divorce?

It's not. I have personally seen a couple cases where the women did not get the kids though they wanted them, same goes for the personal ets. But a pre-nuptial agreement is always a good idea, that way each person gets what they are entitled to without too much hle. Besides, in most cases, don't the ets belong to the couple as a whole and not just the man?
